What's the opportunity?
- As Customer On-boarding Manager you need to onboard customers by understanding their requirements and providing consultative solutions. To be successful in the role you will need to work on integrating the Company's products with the customer's technology stack and product ecosystem.
- A prior experience in customer support/implementation roles in a SaaS business is mandatory.
What Skills do I Need?
- Hands-on experience in implementation of any products related to video conferencing, chatbots, marketing automation tools or technical helpdesk is a must or a minimum 2 years of on-boarding experience in any saas products is mandatory.
- Candidate should have worked in presales, sales, account management, client-facing roles that involve Product demonstrations, meetings, and closure
- Hands-on experience of CRM tools, Excel and Powerpoint, Collaboration tools
What will I be Doing?
- Taking ownership to onboard the customer by understanding the requirement and providing them a world class on-boarding experience.
- Provide product training to customers and work directly with them, typically in their first 30-60 days to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
- Prepare Scope of Work, project plans, integration documents etc and get them signed off by customers.
- Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new customers by educating them and answering any follow-up questions
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
