SuperK - Program Manager

What will you be doing:

- Setup KPIs for all processes in operations

- Define SLAs/TATs for all processes in operations

- Setup a control tower to monitor the defined KPIs and SLAs/TATs

- Daily monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs/TATs

- Identify deviations in SOPs/SLAs/TATs, conduct RCA for the breach, and resolve the breaches through concerned teams

- Identify potential risks in daily operations that could lead to deviations in SOPs/SLAs/TATs and come up with mitigation strategies for the same.

- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

- Work with internal stakeholders (other program managers/strategy associates/department heads) to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing project plans, gathering and synthesising data, leading analysis and developing final findings, recommendations and drive results.

- Ability to lead through ambiguity, define and deconstruct problems, connect the dots, and anticipate end-to-end project strategy needs

- Conduct fast experiments to help stay ahead in the game.

- Establish and maintain workflows and workflow tools to assist in the overall team strategy

- Analyse data to identify actionables

- Establish cross-team relationships to enable the execution of multi-functional processes

- Execute identified actionables by taking along the relevant team members

- Above all, grow along with the business and take on larger responsibilities in the near future.

- Qualification- B.Tech/MBA

- Hands-on, go-getter attitude with attention to detail

- Strong communication skills

- Exposure to Excel/Google sheets or any other NO-CODE tools

- Analytical Skills and Good Mathematical abilities

- Spoken Telugu will be an added advantage

- Strong business acumen and ability to intelligently articulate problems and solutions.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with competing priorities and communicating with multiple stakeholders including senior leaders
