Backed by investors such as Lok Capital, DSG Consumer Partners, and Saama Capital, SuperBottoms aims to build a brand that stands for high-quality products that care for both the baby and the planet.

SuperBottoms is an undisputed leader in the sustainable baby-diapering space and aims to strengthen the position via brand campaigns with the now investor and ambassador, Alia Bhatt and also via offline expansion in the coming years.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Sourcing, you will spearhead our sourcing strategy and operations, ensuring the procurement of top-notch materials and products for our apparel line. Your role will involve frequent travel to Tirupur to oversee sourcing activities and build strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Identify and onboard suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and quality.

- Oversee sourcing operations, from vendor selection to product delivery, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines.

- Lead cross-functional collaboration with product development, manufacturing, and marketing teams to drive sourcing efficiency and innovation.

- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics, leveraging insights to optimize sourcing practices and mitigate risks.

Qualification & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in sourcing, with a strong background in the D2C apparel industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing sourcing operations and supplier relationships.

- Willingness to travel frequently to Tirupur for on-site sourcing activities.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
