Head - Retail Channel

Job Responsibilities:

- Build General Trade distribution channel for the brand encompassing but only restricted to baby product stores, baby garment stores and more

- Manage existing Modern Retail relationships for the brand, while opening up more Modern retail format stores

- Ownership of the retail P&L for the organization

- Build a network of reputed distributors across the country to support the business

- Build a strong team to manage the channel across the country

- Manage all operations pertaining to successful management of the P&L including stock movement tracking, inventory management, receivables management and more

- Develop and implement Trade Marketing plan across the channel with the help of the category and retail team

Experience:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in General Trade in the Kids categories with established relationships with distributors in this segment

- Experience in managing Modern Retail Stores with existing relationships a plus

- Experience in working with Organized brand and building the same at retail level

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore (should be open to travel)

Education: Any MBA/PG in marketing/sales.
