Key Responsibilities :

- Content Strategy Development : Craft a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals, including audience segmentation, content themes, and distribution channels.

- Content Creation and Management : Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality content. Ensure content consistency in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

- Editorial Leadership : Lead and manage a team of copywriters providing guidance and feedback to produce exceptional content.

- Content Calendar Management : Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of content across all platforms and marketing channels.

- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.

- Brand Voice and Messaging : Uphold and evolve the company's brand voice and messaging across all content, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand strategy.

Qualification and Skills :

- Bachelor's/PG degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Content Manager, with a strong portfolio of published content. Should have at least 8+ years of experience.

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

- Creative mindset, with the ability to conceive interesting ideas for new content.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
