1. Own the Brand P&L for D2C and market places (B2B & B2C) and provide margin/EBITDA guidance to the business
2. Compare and Analyze actual vs forecasted P&L
3. Revenue analysis & key insights on brand top line, bottom line and overall P&L
4. Key insights in MIS for revenue, key drivers for growth and bottom line
5. Business Partnering with the brand & channel team and identify key drivers for category growth
6. Prepare and construct business case, P&L for NPD and innovation product
7. Construct AOP for the brand
8. Inventory analysis for the brand/channel
9. Deep Analysis of marketing spends of the brand & external benchmarking of the same
10. Monitor receivables ageing for the respective brand
11. Ensure revenue is recognition is correctly recorded in books as per accounting standard
12. Single POC for vetting all commercials with market places and D2C platform
