Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Planning & Execution:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies and business plans.
- Manage business planning for multiple product activations and launches.
Sales Operations Leadership:
- Lead and optimize day-to-day sales operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes.
CRM & Data Management:
- Utilize and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) for sales tracking and reporting (proficiency or ability to learn quickly).
- Manage and maintain the client database within SFDC.
- Manage overall MIS and Data, ensure timely flow of information.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate and deliver insightful sales reports (Leads, Walk-ins, Revisit & Booking, Revenue tracking, etc.
- Create project-wise and source-wise analysis and dashboards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ad-Hoc reports as requested.
Incentive & Offer Management:
- Manage incentive calculations for channel partners and customer offers.
Performance Analysis & Improvement:
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales inquiries and methods.
- Review channel partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor competitor trends and conduct benchmarking analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Care, Market Sales, and Sales Strategy teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales operations management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with CRM systems (SFDC preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
