Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Analyse financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports to identify trends, variances, and potential opportunities or issues.
2. Assist in the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
3. Generate and distribute financial reports to relevant stakeholders, summarizing financial performance and key metrics.
4. Develop financial models to support decision-making processes, including ROI analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
5. Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to provide financial insights and guidance for strategic decision-making.
6. Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
7. Utilize financial software and tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
8. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external financial audits.
Desired Candidate Profile:- Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
- Knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial management software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance.
