We are seeking a qualified and experienced Shift Leader to join our Camera Module Manufacturing team in Thirupathi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the production team during assigned shifts in the Camera Module Manufacturing unit.

- Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes, meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and resolve any operational challenges.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for the team.

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.

- Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and performance.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

- Collaborate with the management team to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Camera Module Manufacturing or related field.

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

- In-depth knowledge of camera module production processes and equipment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
