SunEdison - ERP Implementation Lead

The ERP implementation lead will be responsible to add the highest value to the organization. Responsibility includes completely owning the ERP system implementation by rigorous program management and functional coordination. The role will work closely with the sales, design & engineering, operations, SCM and corporate functions across the organisation to make sure the ERP systems are functioning and properly and helping the organization run smoothly.

Implement ERP system and ensure its smooth functioning in the organization.

1. Identify internal requirements, conduct feasibility studies, propose and implement appropriate solution.

2. Leading team meetings and driving timely closure of all the action items across ERP implementation cycle

3. Exercise overall day-to-day control of project leaders and the resources of the program, balancing the needs for program success with the skills and capabilities of the staff.

4. Provide ERP training for the users and escalate all the issues regarding ERP systems.

5. Drive Technology Manager to coordinate with vendors for all software and hardware licenses.

Academic qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering

MBA/ PGDM- from Tier 1 Institute

ERP Certification by SAP/ Netsuite
