Laundromania was founded in 2017 by three entrepreneurs. Our goal is to transform the $30 Billion garment care and detergent industry with products and services which focus on delivering exceptional customer experience while being sustainable. With four retail outlets in Mumbai, across great localities like Bandra, Prabhadevi, Matunga and Malabar Hills, Laundromania is growing rapidly to become a leading sustainable leather and fabric care products and services company. The business is led by Ayushi Pande, who is a graduate of London School of Economics and has had strategy and capital formation roles in management consulting, private equity, and renewable energy. It is funded by AP Capital, led by Pashupathy Gopalan, a graduate of IIT & Stanford University Business School and a seasoned leader with CEO roles in energy, real estate and semiconductor industries.
Job Description for Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will learn to become an entrepreneur with exposure to all elements of building a successful business. We expect that with about 3 years of experience with us which will include building perspectives of all aspects of the business, the candidate will grow into leadership role with us or in other businesses. The person will be mentored by both Ayushi and Pashupathy, who are seasoned entrepreneurs and accomplished businessperson.
1. Full P&L responsibility for the store (s)
2. Drive strategies for customer growth
3. Responsible for end-to-end customer experience
4. Develop sustainable and Innovative ideas and implement them
5. Manage the blue-collar executive team - motivate them, ensure compliance to processes
6. Manage scheduling of pickup and deliveries and optimize them based on proper mapping
7. Maniacal focus on developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
- An enthusiastic person with a zeal to learn, adaptable to challenges
- with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Abilities
- 2- 3 years of work experience
- and an MBA Graduate from a reputed institution, but candidates with similar fields can also apply
