Startup - Branding & Marketing Manager
Background
Klar Care is developing retail and FMCG brands in the fabric care industry keeping sustainability as the main focus. Klar has two retail brands: "Laundromania" is an environmentally friendly fabric care services brand present in three cities and growing, and "Ethiek" is in the FMCG category developing products that will compete with global brands and strive to become a leader in sustainable category.
The business is led by Ayushi Pande, who is a graduate of London School of Economics and has had strategy and capital formation roles in management consulting, private equity, and renewable energy. It is funded by AP Capital, led by Pashupathy Gopalan, a graduate of IIT & Stanford University Business School and a seasoned leader with CEO roles in energy, real estate and semiconductor industries.
We are seeking to expand the team with a Branding and Marketing manager who can work on building our 'Ethiek' Business. This role will be based out of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Responsibilities- Curating and designing content for the launch of new FMCG brand
- Suggesting innovative ways / campaigns for launch and promotion of company's offerings and to reach consumers
- Working on marketing strategy and implementing it with the support of marketing interns and marketing agency
- Evaluating marketing agencies best suited for our brand based on different evaluation criteria and shortlist
- Provide vital inputs and information to help the team make decisions on the product pre-launch and post launch
- Coordinate / manage the internal and external stakeholders needed for the business launch
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure all branding and marketing goals are achieved.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
- Deep dive & provide marketing insights into the business to allow us to make breakthrough business & product improvements
Skills & Experience required :
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in creating strong, engaging content.
- A portfolio of applicable outputs.
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
