Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Digital Learning Strategy for Sun Pharma Globally across 50+ countries
- Design and Implement strategy for adoption the digital learning platform
- Design curated learning journeys basis need analysis of business
- End to end management of SF LMS
- Conduct organization-wide training sessions on both modules' usage for admins
- Generate MIS/ analytics on an ongoing basis
- Drive the development of High Potential talent in the organization
- Develop external tie-up with management institutes and be responsible for project management.
Other Responsibilities:
- Analyze of IDP and preparation of training calendars
- Execute annual training calendars through internal and external resources
- Evaluate training effectiveness and its impact on the organization, both short and long term
Desirable: Develop and deliver Training Modules as per the needs identified in the organization and implement the same. Should be able to develop and deliver soft skill trainings in areas like managerial effectiveness, communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, time management etc. for middle/ junior management.

- Business & HR consultants
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA with post qualification experience of 4+ years
- Relevant experience in Digital Learning will be desirable
