Trade Marketing & Activation Manager
Key Deliverables : The incumbent shall be responsible for the following areas under Trade Marketing and Activation, to drive the overall Business Objective :
Trade Marketing
- Effective Deployment of Trade schemes - Primary as well as Secondary
- Developing Trade Engagement programmes to get the trade partners focus on the company portfolio
- Distributor Engagement Programme thereby to align them to the company objective
- Working out market specific Competitive action plans to improve market standing
- Working out New Product launch Plans
- Developing and Anchoring In-shop merchandizing activities to strengthen outlet level salience
- Competitive Actions Tracking
Activation
- Identify suitable events / activities applicable for a brand to connect with its Target group in a relevant context and environment
- Coordinate with the activation agency to ensure the activity / event is conducted in an impactful manner, as per the plan.
- Drive cost efficiencies through appropriate negotiation with the agency as well as minimizing wastage
