- To act as a single point of contact to the Group Leaders/Department Heads and employees for their HR needs

- To lead the delivery of HR processes and policies at Tandalja

- To ensure support to corporate HR projects

- To flag off any employee issues and ensure their closure

- Design and improve internal processes to bring about efficiencies in the system
