- SPOC for implementing technology initiatives like CSOD Reward and Performance Management Module globally
- Project Management of PMS roll out
- Handing special projects like global recognition roll out and designing innovative reward programs in partnership with business
- Involved in special projects like Job Evaluation, variable pay plan design, retention plan and policy harmonisation exercises
- Involved in Global Salary Review process
Perquisites :
- Candidate with prior consulting experience would be preferred in (Hewitt/ EY/ Mercer/ TW).
- Education from premier institutes would be preferred like XLRI, SCMHRD, SIBM, TISS.
- Experience in Reward and PMS technologies like CSOD/ Success Factors/ Complanner etc would be an added plus.
