Sun Pharma - Manager - Business Transformation

1. Manage overall project activities, plans, schedules centrally along with deliverables and milestones, in conjunction with functional SPOCs

2. Conduct opportunity identification along with functional teams/ SPOCs/ Head across categories for any transformation project

3. Focus on end-to-end value delivery from idea generation, lever identification to execution for any transformation project

4. Analyze data, evaluate results, and develop recommendations across multiple work-streams

5. Ensure rigorous implementation tracking and de-bottleneck/ escalate timely for de-bottlenecking

6. Support specific project working committee meetings

7. Provide analytics support for the facilitation of planning activities, including development and maintenance of BTO dashboards

8. Provide required training/ troubleshooting to different functions/ manufacturing sites for online tool used for idea/ project tracking

9. Participate in forums/ meetings for collaboration to leverage information sharing, perform root cause analysis and cross-functional remediation and improvements

10. Build and maintain effective working relationship/ partnerships with cross functional leaders and project team members
