- Responsible for setting up International Mobility practice
- Create transparency regarding As - Is practices wrt expats and TCNs globally
- Streamlining the existing expat and TCN management practices globally and designing & implementing IAP policy by bringing in outside -in perspective and learning from best practices within.
- Regularly benchmark expat policies and trends globally
- Leverage best in class international mobility products like COL/ QOL/Country reports/ taxation reports etc to make informed decisions wrt salary fixation for expats
- Responsible for designing and implementing LTI globally and setting up a global framework and guideline for the same
- Responsible for key benefits cost consolidation, benchmarking and redesign globally
Perquisites :
- Prior consulting experience would be preferred (Hewitt/ EY/ Mercer/ TW).
- Education from premier institutes would be preferred like XLRI, SCMHRD, SIBM, TISS.
- Prior Experience in International mobility is a must.
