JOB PURPOSE :
Lead strategy and operational engagement for the E-Commerce vertical. Meet Revenue, Expense & profitability Targets for existing brands & new D2C launches via E Commerce Channel.
Financial :
i. Revenue - Achievement of Sales Objective for aligned eCom platforms
ii. Meet the expense and profit objectives set for CHC Brands through the ECommerce Channel
Market Share & Growth Objective :
i. Measure and monitor perf v/s goals.
ii. Develop & Execute Brand-wise strategies for each platform
iii. Introduction of new Products on relevant platforms
iv. Growth of existing brand portfolio
v. Improve Ranking of brands
Monitor and improve SKU performance
Process Measures:
i. Manage Assortment of listing on each platform
ii. Supply Alignment
- Alignment of supply points across India / Distributor Management
- On time supplies to avoid OOS
iii. Ideation of monthly campaigns
iv. Operation - PO, Inventory, fill-rate and OOS management
v. Execution and weekly tracking of campaign on all platforms
vi. Optimization of campaigns - Digital campaigns, divert traffic from brand social media to platform
vii. Content Creation / Communication for all Brands campaigns & Product Listing pages - Banners, Emailers etc
viii. Implement best practices
ix. Data Analysis of Sales, Brand consumer Insights and consumer trends
x. Competition tracking
xi. Creation of Brand Stores and Product Listing Pages
xii. Optimize spends to improve ROI
xiii. Monthly collation of sales and campaign performance data
xiv. Align e-commerce plans with annuals brand plans and sync objectives in line with overall brand objectives
xv. Negotiate for buying efficiencies
xvi. Maximize revenues by investing spend in areas of high return ROI
xvii. Track digital hygiene parameters on all E-commerce platforms
