HR Transformation & Organization Design:
- Diagnose, design, delivery and deployment if organization design initiatives
- Work closely with Business leaders to identify and assess function specific organization design projects to enhance both operating effectiveness and productivity
- Identification of linkages from organization design initiatives to culture and learning; connecting and co-creating solutions with TA, LnOD and HRBPs
Workforce Planning:
- Partner with HR & business teams to define optimal manpower distribution.
- Work closely with business to ensure adherence to plan and objectively updating manpower plan in line with business changes
- Drive realization of target FTE benefits and business impact
- Embrace several sources of insights and combine those into single source of truth (HRIS system, Talent Acquisition system, Contract Management, Business case, Financial plans, Headcount reporting, Continuous improvement etc.)
- Keep track of functional headcount plans
- Maintain consistency and integrity of unique job roles
Project Management:
- Work with COEs and HRBPs to design, plan and implement global HR transformation and improvement projects
- Benchmark HR best practices wherever required
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and hierarchical levels to enable buy-in and feedback
