HR Business Partner + Special projects (Manufacturing)
Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning -
- Driving manpower planning and budgeting for the function
- Support business in defining the JDs, adherence to defined and agreed organization structure, raising flags as necessary with respect to Headcount ratios.
- Participate in the panel for the interview and selection process.
- Ensuring internal parity in terms of grade, experience and compensation.
- Provide necessary guidance & sign off on final hiring decisions up to middle management levels on lateral hiring.
Performance Management: - Work with leaders to cascade organizational & functional goals with objective metrics. Facilitating workshops with employees to ensure SMART goals are defined and evaluated.
- Ensure high PMS adoption
- Partnering with Business for PIP and in difficult conversations as required.
- Defining and implementing an objective process for role change / promotion Communicating with employees at appropriate stages during the process Ensure timeline closure of all process.
- Lead the Job evaluation process for aligned function.
Talent Management & Learning & Development:
- Facilitating identification and development of talent and successors across Manufacturing & Quality.
- Driving cross movement of talent,
- Driving impactful learning with respect to behavioral interventions along with COE support.
Additional Projects: Drive any additional project of the function or overall organization, as called upon.
