Roles and Responsibilities:
- Leading & Guiding HR & Administration team for effective functioning and give good employee experience
- Implementation and Monitoring of HR Policies
- Hiring of Talent for Plant requirements and proactively create a talent pipeline for future requirement
- Induction of new Employees as per the Plant protocol
- Arrange Behavioral Training Programmes for employees
- Provide & Monitoring of Welfare facilities - like Uniform, Transportation, Canteen, etc.
- Develop, Amend, Execution & Monitoring of SOPs of the Department and ensure compliance
- Time Office & Payroll activities -joining, monthly salaries, status change, exit formalities.
- Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition
- Monthly/Periodic HR MIS & Budgeting
- Liaison with various Government Agencies-like GLO, PCC, FI., DIC, W& M , and other Govt. Departments, for Renewal /amendments of License, Consent, Certificates, etc.
- Statutory compliances under various labour laws requirements.
- Ensure supply of required Contract Labour and its compliance
- Maintain Cordial Industrial Relations & disciplinary matters for smooth functioning of the Plant
- Management of administrative arrangements like - Guest house, housekeeping of Plant, furniture & fixtures of the plant, visitor's management.
- To monitor the Pest and Rodent Control operations
- Pre-Employment & Annual Medical Checkup of Employees
- Other Responsibilities given by the Management Time to time
- Personal Hygiene, Contract agreement handling, Specimen Signature records, Major illness, QMS system.
- Arrange Employee Engagement activities for employees.
- Handing Social audit and its compliance
- Build a capability programme in consultation with corporate and Plant HOD's and ensure Talent pipe lines for future requirements
- Implement corporate driven HR Initiatives at Plant
