Sun Pharma - Executive Assistant/Project Manager

- He/she will provide support and assistance to Head - Global Operations in developing, implementing and monitoring new initiatives for our entire manufacturing footprint.

- The role holder will work with all the cluster heads, plant heads and finance teams in developing annual Planning and Budgeting process for manufacturing.

- He/she will work to ensure that the feedback from Head - Global Operations are incorporated by coordination and follow through.

- The incumbent will work with function heads to define, coordinate and conduct discussion on dashboards and MIS as desired by Head - Global Operations as part of the preparation of monthly review meetings and quarterly MD reviews.

- In addition to these activities, the role holder will work with the cluster heads, plant heads and HR team to institutionalize and build upon objective Performance Measurement Systems across all formulation manufacturing function.

- He / She would also be responsible for tracking of Digital initiatives across the Global Manufacturing footprint of Sun.

- Special Projects - There would be certain critical time-bound projects assigned to the role holder, as and when the need arises.
