We reach our customers through two distinct business models: a vast network of more than 300 distribution partners across 40 countries, and through our EasyBuy Direct sales channel, where we sell directly to consumers in India, Kenya, Myanmar, Nigeria, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia through a network of more than 7,000 commission sales agents.
Our customers have the option to purchase these products up front or to pay for them through an installment payment plan over a period of 4-18 months through our Sun King EasyBuy line, our technology enabled pay-as-you-go (PAYG) systems.

The team you would join:
Corporate Risk Team at Greenlight Planet is one of the important function which analyses the risks involved in daily business process and pro-active support to check any revenue leakage and op-timize the formal process.
About the role:
We are looking for an analytical person who can act pro-actively to laid the sound foundation of processes for various business operations to infuse transparency and complete honesty with zero leakage.
What you would be expected to do:
Reporting to: Corporate Risk Team Manager
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Use data to evaluate key collections performance indicators, redflags and recommend the best course of action for India.
- Use data to profile clients at the onboarding stage to ensure only well paying clients are onboarded.
- Support the country credit analyst with ad hoc requests that require detailed analysis.
- Develop surveys, analyse and interpret the results for such surveys through application of ana-lytical tools.
- Perform industry research, analyse information collected and propose changes that will im-prove the competitiveness of Greenlight Planet from both sales and collections.
- Participate in regular meetings with management, assessing and addressing issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient operations
- Carry out field visits which are driven by data.
- Forecasting likely trends from certain risk events and identifying and communicating how events will impact the companys potential loss
- Minimize delays in cash collections by identifying partnership opportunities with Fintechs.
- Any other task allocated by the line manager.
You might be a strong candidate if you:

- Have 5+ years experience
- Have critical reasoning skills
- Have demonstrated the knowledge and ability to be adaptable.
- Have strong Analytical skill
- Have problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Possess clear, concise & exceptional oral, written and visual communication skills
- Have programming experience (SQL, Python, R,) and can use SQL queries to obtain data needed for analysis
- Pay significant attention to detail and an ability to quickly spot and fix problems
- Have proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics
- Have advanced analytical skills with experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and dis-seminating abundant information with accuracy.
- Have the ability to write reports
- Are a natural people-person, one that thrives off of building strong relationships both within the and outside organization
Qualification :
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree, preferably in Actuarial science, computer science, mathematics, business management or economics.
- Experience in a related field Or in a sector where data mining, manufacturing information, or production information is processed is a plus.
