Brand Manager
Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Brand Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective brand strategies, overseeing product development, and ensuring the brand's consistency and integrity across all touchpoints.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Represent the brands.
- Monitor both pre-sales and after-sales activities.
- Oversee the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with the brand identity.
- Communicate with the brand, management, and the internal sales team.
- Assist in reaching the brand's specified targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and targets.
- Analyse sales data and regularly deliver sales reports to senior management.
- Plan and manage events to promote the brand and engage with the target audience.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the brand's reach.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Luxury Audio Electronics.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
