Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation - Manager - Cash Management Implementation

Purpose of the position:

- Implementation of client mandates including virtual accounts,host to host, manual updload.

- SMART&S Channel tokens and Password Dispatch to the clients- Dispatching of tokens and passwords with proper token and Security Seals Inventory Management

- Handling of Customer Documents- All SMART&S Channel related documents (password reset, new set ups, user addition / deletion, service amendments) .

- Checklist Management for all documents shared with Operations

- Token Replacement Activity.

- Data Collection and Summary (SMAR&TS, Core Banking System, Middlewares)

Job Responsibilities:

- Supporting the client needs in day-to-day transactions - operations, client servicing role,

- Managing client documentation - (registration forms /amendment forms), To assist Sales team in preparation of SMART&S documentation and hand over to Operations team for set up.

- Managing timely completion of internal documents and checklists (document control, temp custody, overdue custody etc.)

- To maintain records and help in prepare reports for Management and department use.

- To keep track of SMART&S login kits/ password kits/ tokens and seal issuance and end of day stock.

- Inform clients about rejected transactions, and suggest resolution wherever possible,

- To assist Sales team in preparation of SMART&S documentation and hand over to Operations team for set up

- Graduate /Post Graduate from reputed institute

- Overall banking / financial services domain experience upto 10 years across Implementation, Service and Operations roles in Cash Management.

- Prior Cash Management Implementation experience of 3+ years

- Having prior knowledge and experience in handling Internet banking set ups - related procedures and handling
