This is a full-time on-site Manager role located in Mahasamund at Sumitomo Chemical India Limited. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing strategic plans, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient and effective functioning of all departments.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, optimize resources, and improve overall productivity.

- Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and a high level of performance.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- The Manager will also lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.

- Experience in the chemical or agricultural industry.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
