Candidates will be responsible for :  - To Initiate, plan, and develop processes and projects to define and implement quality assurance practices  - Implement QMS & food safety standards at the plant  - Conduct internal audits, and enhance capability development through training   - Responsible for promoting Quality Policy & Quality objectives throughout the organization to increase awareness, motivation & involvement  - To Plan, Coordinate and implement product & process characteristics from incoming material to finished product  - Ensure Inprocess quality is always monitored so that there will not be any FG rework and no FG short shipment due to quality issues  - Ensure the FG quality is always tested properly so that the rejection from customer for the product quality is "zero"  - To manage inspection and laboratory so as to provide consistent and reliable services to manufacturing.  - To undertake continuous monitoring/review of product quality standards and establishes procedures and techniques for control of quality standards.   - To lead the vendor selection and evaluation and vendor improvement activities along with purchase department.  - Implementation of Global quality guideline and compliance to regulatory requirements.  - Coordinate and implement various quality standards which organization decides to acquire  - Up-dating and maintenance of SOP formats  - Develop interpersonal relationships and maintain a good rapport with the Production, warehouse, logistics and QA  Desired candidate profile :  - He should have the knowledge of Total quality management, contract manufacturing activities and new quality systems implementation. Also conduct internal audits, training & personal hygiene practices.  - Knowledge of regulatory affairs, international food safety guidelines will be an added advantage.  - Experience of working in Food/ Beverage manufacturing Companies   - He should be an organized system driven person  - Knowledge of regulatory affairs, international food safety guidelines will be an added advantage  Qualification : Food Technologist/ MSc (Chemistry)/MSc( BioChemistry)
