Suminter India Organics - Project Manager - SAP Delivery

- Lead SAP S4 HANA deliveries by managing and coordinating for Requirement gathering, designing, development, testing, configuration, and integration.

- Interacting with the Business Users to manage and prioritize the requirements.

- Work with multi functional/technical teams to plan the implementation activities, prioritize the work, get dependencies resolved within required timelines.

- Identify project risks and create mitigation plan

- Prepare project status updates and present to IT and business stakeholders.

- Ensure SAP system readiness with regards to complex & dynamic changes.

- Collaborate with multiple teams of SAP S4 HANA modules (FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, FIORI APPS) and Non SAP applications.

- Manage vendor resources effectively during the project development lifecycle.

- Post Implementation support experience in SAP S4 HANA environment will be an added advantage

- Should possess Project Management skills to define clear timelines with all parties

- Should have sufficient technical know how to propose solutions and engage with vendor

- Preferable having Property and Causality Insurance domain knowledge.

- Added advantage for hiving knowledge of SAP for FMCG, SAP FI, ICM

- Good high level understanding of ABAP, ABAP on HANA, BADI, RFC, Webservices, REST API, etc

- Total 5 years of experience with 4 years or more experience in managing SAP deliveries and worked on implementation and support projects.

- Strong understanding of Agile processes (SCRUM, KANBAN) and best practices
