Job Description:

1. Manages, prepares, administers, and directs the control of the budget.

2. Manages the activities of the financial analyst staff.

3. Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control, providing relevant fiscal information to executive management team.

4. Monitors division and department adherence to approved budget. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

5. Review reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements

6. Preparing periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, 5 year projection, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.

7. Creating, implementing and monitoring processes and procedures around the creation of monthly accounts.

8. Attend to the internal & external audit requirements of all kinds.

9. Undertaking financial administration and internal audits

10. Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues

11. Monitor financial authorization matrix limits.

12. Liaise with Operation, Maintenance, stores, IT and Human Resource Department to exercise effective accounting, financial & budgetary controls.

13. Developing and managing financial systems/policies

14. Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure

15. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and Cash flow forecasts.

16. Review the work of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Other F&A activities to ensure proper internal controls are in place.

17. Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP (IFRS, IND AS, US GAAP etc) standards and regulatory requirements.

18. Ensure strong internal finance controls and guidelines are in place.

19. Establish an environment of continuous improvement and eliminate administrative non-value added tasks.

20. Develop, implement, and maintain the efficiency of financial ERP systems and ensure consistency with global procedures reporting.

Skills Must have done the below:

1. Budgeting

2. Monthly, Quarterly, Annual financial statement preparation as per INDAS or IGAAP

3. Basic knowledge of IFRS

4. Consolidation experience is required at least in any set up.

5. Internal Control monitoring experience

6. Setting up of SOP is advantageous but not mandatory.

7. Manufacturing experience is preferable but not mandatory.
