Role Description:

- The Manager - Loyalty Program is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's customer loyalty initiatives.

- This role focuses on creating and maintaining effective loyalty programs to enhance customer retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for customer loyalty programs aligned with overall business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate loyalty initiatives into broader marketing campaigns.

2. Program Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end management of the loyalty program, including program design, implementation, and ongoing optimization.

- Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.

3. Customer Engagement:

- Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and participation in the loyalty program.

- Develop and execute targeted communications to promote program benefits and incentives.

4. Data Analysis:

- Utilize customer data and insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalization within the loyalty program.

- Analyze program performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.

5. Partnership Collaboration:

- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance the loyalty program's offerings.

- Negotiate and manage relationships with third-party providers.

6. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the budget for the loyalty program, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.

- Monitor expenses and report on budget variances.

7. Cross-functional Coordination:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of loyalty initiatives across the customer journey.

- Collaborate with IT to implement and optimize loyalty program technology.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience of 7 to 8 years in loyalty program management or related roles.

- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and retention strategies.

- Experience in data analysis and familiarity with CRM tools.
