Role Description:

The Manager, Go-to-Market (GTM) is responsible for designing and implementing effective strategies to bring real estate projects to market successfully.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy:

- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for new real estate projects.

- Collaborate with sales, product development, and marketing teams to align GTM strategies with business objectives.

Product Positioning:

- Define and communicate the unique value proposition of each real estate project.

- Develop positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

Market Research:

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscapes.

- Use insights to inform GTM strategies and identify market opportunities.

Marketing Collateral:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.

- Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans.

- Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to address regulatory and compliance considerations.

Launch Planning:

- Plan and coordinate product launches, ensuring all elements of the launch are executed successfully.

- Manage pre-launch and post-launch communication strategies.

Sales Enablement:

- Develop sales enablement tools and resources to empower sales teams with the information and assets needed to drive sales.

- Provide training on product features, benefits, and selling points.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Proven experience of 7 to 8 years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of the real estate industry.
