About the job:
About Sukoon:
Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions. We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.
About the Role:
Stakeholder Management:
- Interface effectively with clinical teams and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Head to enhance business outcomes with all support in terms of leveraging upon the related HR levers.
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for L2 level to the Clinical Head positions Build recruitment database, referral network, and close positions within TAT.
- Ensure overall candidate experience during the application and the selection process.
Training and Development:
- In charge of onboarding groundwork at the Centre in terms of sitting space, laptop, Uniforms to be issued by the Facilities team, etc as applicable.
- Conduct the pre-joining welcome call and joining documentation.
- Coordinate induction and other training programs and initiatives.
Team Engagement and Retention:
- Plan and execute the annual engagement calendar.
- Foster a positive work environment and employee participation.
- Collaborate, identify, and retain talent.
Disciplinary Action:
- Initiate disciplinary actions and counsel team members as per the Disciplinary Action Guidelines circulated internally.
Compliance and Performance Management:
- Ensure 100% compliance with attendance and HR policies.
- Ensure 100% compliance with the Labour Laws by the vendor agencies and at the site.
- Handle Labour Registration/ Licenses/ Compliances/ Inspections/ etc under PF, ESI, CLRA, Shops and Establishments Act, and other enactments.
- Ensure that valid MCI/ State Council registrations for Doctors, State Nursing Council registrations, etc are in place Facilitate timely performance-related decisions and actions.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Equivalent.
- Experience: Min 5 Years.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
- High level of professional maturity and integrity and a solid work ethic.
