Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Sales Manager at Sujata in Bhubaneswar.
- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Team Leadership skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management and Sales Target Achievement skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in the kitchen appliance or home appliances industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
