Sugee - Project Finance Role

Primary Purpose: International Fundraising

A. Key Relationships:

- To Raise Funds in Portugal for Portugal opportunity

- Raising Debt and private Equity from Bank, Fund House & other Financial Institute in Portugal

- Should have Experience in International Fund raising, prework which includes opportunity, identification, evaluation and part of closer.

- Should have Experience in post fund raising work such as sanction letter etc.

- Assist in brainstorming and creating new methods to raise funds for our organization

- Contact and build relationships with prospective donors

- Set financial targets for fundraising activities, and create strategies for reaching them

- Collaborate with senior leadership and prioritize departmental activities to meet organizational goals

B. Qualification:

- CA /MBA in Finance with Minimum 5 years of Experiences

- Prior Experience in real estate investments / preferably having worked in Private Equity Fund/Real Estate desk of Wealth Management outfit

- Excellent in communication, Smart, Presentable, Mature

- Go getter, Self-driven individual capable of working alone as well as in teams

- Should have experience in cash flow working & Management

- Should have Knowledge of Balance sheet
