Sugee - Investment Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Analysis and Due Diligence:

- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation of potential investments.

- Perform detailed due diligence including market research, financial analysis, and risk assessment.

- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the investment committee, co-investors, and SMAs.

2. Portfolio Management:

- Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments.

- Assist in the development and implementation of value-creation strategies for portfolio assets.

- Maintain and update financial models and performance tracking tools.

3. Market Research and Strategy:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities within the real estate and infrastructure sectors.

- Support the development and execution of the business plan, including expansion into new asset classes and markets.

4. Deal Execution:

- Assist in structuring and negotiating terms of investment transactions.

- Coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors to ensure successful transaction execution.

- Manage post-investment activities including monitoring compliance with investment agreements and strategic initiatives.

5. SME Private Equity Investments:

- Evaluate investment opportunities in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) on a deal-by- deal basis.

- Develop and maintain relationships with SME founders and stakeholders.

- Support the execution and monitoring of SME investments.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders.

- Represent the firm (along with the team) at industry conferences, meetings, and events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, transaction management, or related fields.

- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Knowledge of the real estate and infrastructure markets in India and the UAE is highly desirable.
