Sugee - Business Development Manager - RE Asset Management

1. Collate list of properties under NPA and Account defaulter from NCLT and DRT.

2. Should have a knowledge and experience in property related matters especially NCLT and DRT listed properties.

3. Should have basic knowledge of different DCR in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

4. Should have good connection with channel partners who address cases under NCLT and DRC.

5. Experience in ARC and Debt Restructuring would also have added value under this role.

6. Provide sound information about the projected property and give insights to the management in order to make critical business decisions.

7. Manages stressed properties involving interaction with the top management of the company, performance monitoring of these properties and site visit to business.

8. Arrange fresh option for financing in stressed and special situation assets with an objective to provide overall resolution, which involves business analysis, study feasibility of project etc.
