Business Development Manager - Portugal Golden Visa
Primary Role:
1. Advise on Investments like Real Estate and VC Fund linked to the Portugal Golden visa program. To appoint, train and support in operation for the empaneled Channel Partners network and source investors from the network of these sales channels from across India.
Key Accountabilities/Activities: 1. To generate leads for Portugal based real estate in Portugal under the Portugal - Golden Visa Program
2. To develop the channel partner network on a regular basis across India and ensure productivity through generating Leads of investors in GVP units.
3. Effectively track the ongoing lead generation processes and ensure consistent improvement in lead quality.
4. Meet/Exceed the quarterly and annual projected Individual targets.
5. Work with investors directly to resolve their queries, questions, clarifications and advise them on the requisite immigration/visa process and services, at all points.
6. To ensure investor closure from end to end in co-ordination with the channel partner including the operational support, site visits, banking assistance from India and Portugal Law firm's perspective.
7. Effectively track client follow-ups with quick Turnaround time for queries.
8. Maintain consistent engagement for lasting customer relationships pertaining to new and existing intermediary & customer base and update about the development of our projects through a periodic newsletter as and when issued by the marketing team.
9. Keep apprised on the latest immigration rules and the new product offering of the organization.
10. To call/communicate with leads generating out of our inbound and outbound digital sales exercises through various platforms.
11. Travels to any city within India for meeting up with the investors and channel partners for closure of sales.
To report on all work related activities to the Head of India Sales - Portugal Business.
