SUGAR Cosmetics, a renowned company in the cosmetics industry, is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager for Modern Trade. As a leading player in the market, SUGAR Cosmetics aims to maximize sales targets and maintain profitability across the respective channel.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Meet and maximize sales targets and established goals.
- Maintain profitability across the respective channel.
- Achieve secondary sales in the assigned territories.
- Ensure product placement at existing and new outlets.
- Provide timely daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to the manager.
- Conduct sales reviews with the team.
- Maintain healthy relations with the modern trade channel partner.
- Conduct merchandising and experiential activities.
- Maintain correct stock inventory.
- Perform data analytics and prepare MIS reports.
Candidate Qualifications: Graduate/Post Graduate in a related discipline.
Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in retail, cosmetics, or skincare sales, specifically in modern trade. Experience in managing lifestyle and Shoppers Stop key accounts is preferred.
