Practice Lead/Delivery Lead - Cloud and DevOps Practice

Successive is looking for an engaged and highly motivated leader to direct our Public Cloud and DevOps Practice. Will be responsible for growing the Cloud and DevOps portfolio and practice across AWS, Azure and GCP while driving our entire delivery, pre-sales, revenue, CSAT, talent growth and overall, all practice development. Additionally, working with clients, creating processes, and building a collaborative and productive distributed global team.

- Lead and manage public Cloud and DevOps delivery team.

- Financial KPI management e.g., utilization, revenue, cost

- Team management

- Delivery management

- Solution delivery and quality governance

- Architecture team and technical leadership

- Modern practices and ways of working (Agile, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)

- Build and manage the pipeline and backlog for opportunities.

- Manage project related issues by serving as a point of escalation for quality and technical issues. Work with PMO to ensure smooth timely delivery.

- Assist in development of proposals. Participate in the development of the business and technical strategy, including Participate in the development of the business and technical strategy, including RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, SoW sizing, and proposals.

- Assist sales/pre-sales team in development of proposals, presentations, statement of work (SOW) and proactively recommend strategies to grow Public Cloud and DevOps practice.

- Accountability for the Cloud and DevOps Practice, including driving pre-sale, recruiting, account management, consulting, and all operational aspects:

- Practice Building - Drive overall growth of the practice area through a combination of delivery, talent management, development of new capabilities and offerings, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.

- Create new IP for the practice.

- Ensure profitability and revenue goals are attained by maximizing potential of team members, driving project profitability, and meeting revenue and margin goals.

- Participate and supports client action plans, process improvements and the strategic account planning process.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

- Good understanding of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)

- Must have 4+ years of experience managing Cloud and DevOps delivery teams.

- Must have experience in operating Cloud CoEs.

- Must have experience working with global customers, especially North American market.
