- Hands-on Experience in preparing and implementing digital roadmap and IT strategies for organizations of different sectors; Insurance, Healthcare, ecommerce, ERP, and Education.
- Varied experience in leading large-scale digital transformation projects solutions, managing client expectations, and process enhancements resulting in enhanced customer experience.
- Working on bouquets of technology to fulfill emerging trends in digitization.
- Understanding client statements, and sentiments before drafting solutions.
- Creating collaterals that can be utilized across the organization.
- Exploring new tech stacks and solutions which can be leveraged by organizations at optimal cost.
- Presenting convincing case studies to clients outlining strategies to help them overcome their business challenges.
Desired Skills:
- Should have relevant experience of at least 7 years in Pre-Sales.
- Must have experience in leading conceptualization, research, and direction of the overall technology and architecture across the products (based on .net and PHP).
- Must have experience in setting up end-to-end policies, claim, investigation, and fraud systems for IT organizations.
- Minimum 6 years of team handling experience.
- Should have good experience in handling clients.
- Should have experience in conducting POC including Blockchain and AI.
- Should have experience in handling the change management and communication on cross-functional teams.
