Role Description:
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Success Factor-Employee Central professional at Quantified HR Private Limited in Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work.
- The role involves day-to-day tasks related to managing and optimizing the Success Factor-Employee Central system, ensuring data accuracy, configuring system settings, analyzing HR processes, and providing support to users.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Success Factor-Employee Central system administration and configuration
- 10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors/ HR Systems implementation and support.
- 6+ years of experience in SuccessFactors.
- 3+ years of experience as support manager.
- Hands on experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC is mandatory).
- Strong Knowledge in Zwayam/other ATS and GreytHR/payroll system.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in talent acquisition and advisory services is a plus
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
