- Extensive experience in end to end Supply Chain

- SCM SME with Auto industry experience

- Experience in dealing with domestic and international suppliers/Customers

- Excellent industry exposure

Secondary Skills :

(Technical & Functional)

- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- ERP / Tools

- Onsite/Client facing Experience

Soft Skills:

- Excellent Communication Skills ( verbal & written)

- Leadership Qualities / Team management

- Team player

- Handle SLA/KPI, client engagement

- Conflict resolution

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop the Supply Chain strategy e.g. Category management, Sales order Management, Planning Logistics etc.

- Supply chain consulting in manufacturing set up

- Direct as well as indirect sourcing & material management

- Determine the internal and external cost drivers in Supply chain. Provide insight to enable client to make informed choices about the way in which the expenditure is deployed and drive more value from available resources

- Implement best practise and seek opportunities to improve leverage to achieve competitive advantage for Client

- Manage stakeholder relationships to achieve and maintain value through the effective management

- Negotiation and completion of contracts of significant spend in the Category

- MI/ Understanding of current and future market trends and dynamics

- Determine external benchmarks by the industry.

- Introduce an effective continuous improvement programme in Supply Chain

- Define and develop proposals to automate supply chain activities to enhance value and efficiency

- Monitor and track the SLA's by month/quarter

- Identifying new opportunities

- Penetrate existing account
