Subject Matter Expert - Project Management - Infrastructure Firm

Role Responsibilities :

- Solution dimensioning for greenfield and brownfield passive infrastructure as per customer requirements.

- Perform technical evaluations of major system enhancements and major new customer requirements.

- Active involvement in pre-sales and business development including RFI/RFP response.

- Provide technical expertise in customer meetings for dynamic solution pitching.

- Undertaking preparation of detailed BOQ for all infra elements as per requirements, and additionally, prepare design documents.

- Detailed understanding of power solutions including earthing solutions for cell sites and core locations.

- Design of Rack level power supply arrangements, In-building distribution, Site reliability, including UPS and generators, Building services (HVAC, fire systems, security).

- Solutions complied with various regulatory requirement and audit procedures pertaining to EHS, BCMS and ISO.

- Preparation of Designs & drawings for Telecommunication towers & Foundations for GBT/RTT Towers to support antenna/Telecom Equipment.

- Design of Tubular Poles, Monopoles, High Mast and foundations to support antenna and Telecom equipment.

- Design of AC and DC power infrastructure with resiliency and redundancy (N+1, N+N).

- Work on preparation of HLD / LLD for the passive infrastructure as per the Customer requirements.

- Support regional Sales team on all the stages of business including solution dimensioning and commercial proposals.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, partners to lead and ensure engineered customer solutions meeting customer requirements.

- Assists in providing technical input/support for RFPs like solution benchmarking, Compliances, BoQ, solution documents, optimizations.

- Ability to lead discussions and meetings with partners, customers and internal teams as needed.

- Travel to the customer and field locations will be required, as necessary to perform job functions - up to 25%.

Skills & Experience :

- Min12+ years of experience with at least 8-10 years of experience in Tier 1 ISPs and/or leading OEMs for passive infra solutions in Project Management, Electrical & Civil Implementation, Infra Maintenance, Project Documentation.

- Experience in professional level documentation and presentation skills like technical write-ups, whitepapers, design documentation - HLD & LLD, technology workshops, is required.

- Ability to take lead in new initiatives.

- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
