CONTENT DEVELOPER/ Subject Expert

THE JOB :

- Develop courses in line with current technological theory and practices.

- Develop and design - lesson plans, tests, and instructional materials including projects, posters, videos and diagrams and problem banks based on real time industrial issues in line with the content

- Monitor the quality of delivery in the class room

- Assess and understand the needs of teachers and provide necessary training in content material to update their knowledge.

THE PERSON should have : 

- Developed programs for training in an industry based training center OR in an Advanced Training Industrial Institute

- A BE/ME in any core subject

- Professor with industrial experience

- Must have worked 7-10 years in Product Design, Manufacturing domains in the industrial sphere

- A good knowledge of practices and standards of quality followed in state of the art industries

Domain Requirements :

1. Automation Expertise in the field of PLC, Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industry experience coupled with passion to teaching and mentoring preferred

2. Industry 4.0 Knowledge on Industrial internet of things, smart sensors, Cloud computing, cyber physical systems, virtual reality, augmented reality, machine to machine learning, cyber security etc.

3. Electrical & Electronics - Expertise in EV technology, Embedded systems, automotive electronics etc.
