Are you an expert in the Canadian Mortgage industry with a strong background in BFSI/BPO? We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert. If you possess in-depth knowledge of Canadian Mortgage processes, and regulations, and possess a strong track record in Underwriting and Post Closing, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in BFSI/BPO/Canadian Mortgage Industry (for SME) / 7+ years (for SME)

- Minimum 18+ months of Canadian mortgage Underwriter / Post Closing experience (for SME) / 36+ months (for SME)

Responsibilities:

- Utilize your extensive experience in the Canadian Mortgage industry to provide guidance and leadership to the team.

- Act as a go-to resource for challenging cases, offering solutions and strategies to overcome obstacles.

- Review complex loan applications and provide expert-level insight into underwriting and post-closing processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.

- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.

Investor Guidelines & Mortgage Types:

- A clear understanding of Conventional and Govt-sponsored loans (CFPB, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines).

- Familiarity with investor guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC) and SME knowledge of TILA & RESPA.
