Subject Matter Expert

Preferred Qualifications:

- PhD or at least master's degree in related field with pursuing PhD .

- Familiarity with standardized test formats and requirements for different Entrance Exams or College level.

What does day-to-day look like:

You would spend time solving a variety of advanced high school chemistry/physics/biology/computer science or engineering problems, including those at the advanced level, and creating detailed explanations. You'll also be working with multi-modal data and integrating text.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a subject matter expert (SME) your roles and responsibilities would include:

- Providing expertise Share your knowledge and expertise on a specific topic and help in making technical concepts easier to understand.

- Analyzing data: Analyze data, reports, and documentation to understand the details of the queries and questions and then translate information into a format that stakeholders can use.

- Problem solving: Using your knowledge to evaluate potential solutions and troubleshoot issues that may arise during a project. You will have to evaluate the problem and then provide the relevant solution and answers to it by using your subject expertise.

- Communicating: You should be able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients, other members of the team, and stakeholders.

- Analyzing problems: Use your analytical skills to identify patterns, analyze complex problems, and propose solutions.

- Collaborating: You will often work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues from different departments or disciplines. You should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with others.

Requirements:

- Subject Proficiency: Strong skills in general Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science or any Engineering Subject at the high school/college level.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach complex subject related problems systematically and creatively.

- Explanation Skills: Capacity to break down solutions into clear, understandable steps, supported by relevant visual aids and diagrams.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining the concepts and multi-modal content.

- Technical Setup: Desktop/Laptop with reliable internet connection and necessary software for physics reasoning, visual content creation, and online collaboration.
