Job opening for Technical Product Manager-Subex

Mission:

- The Technical Product Manager (TPM) is responsible for technical aspects of the Spark ROC RA product set, with particular emphasis on managing requirements for (and working with engineering on construction of) demonstration materials, field support for installation and use, management of product releases with respect to confirming adherence to PLM RA roadmap and core requirements, oversight of customization and enhancement queues (and coordination with respective PLMs of the same), etc.

- The TPM will work closely with the RA Product Manager in establishing product vision, and work closely with the field to understand usability and product adoption metrics, and other factors associated with overall market acceptance. The Technical Product Manager will also work closely with Tech Pubs and Training, to ensure materials are reflective of product capabilities in their specific domains.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and ensure product adherence to the product strategy and roadmap

- Construct and deliver PRDs and other supportive Roadmap information with prioritized features and corresponding justification to engineering

- Track development progress, and have periodic meetings with RA ( Revenue Assurance) PLM and Eng stakeholders to advise of status and discuss open issues

- Work with RA PLM and field teams to develop demo material requirements, and translate those requirements into Engineering deliverables; monitor the development progress, confirm the output, and support field teams on installation and use

Competencies:

- Substantial knowledge and understanding of Spark product functionalities, specifically from the administrative level, with particular emphasis on RA.

- Strong knowledge of domain-specific features in ROC RA (not necessarily as domain expert)

- Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences

- Leadership and communication skills, to facilitate strong working relationships with internal departments (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.)

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Domain expertise and/or project experience in RA, and any of these additional areas: FM, PS, RW, DIM
