Position : Process Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities :
End-to-end management of process consulting activities in the telecom domain which includes the following but not limited to :
- End-to-end process documentation including managing of action points, development of process flows, KPIs and SLAs
- Ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and capture requirements and concerns
- Ensure processes are in compliance with telecom frameworks and practices
- Support the identification of gaps and root cause analysis using different process improvement tools
- Conduct data analysis to identify problems and suggest possible solutions to improve, change or adapt existing processes
- Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction or supervision
- Support in implementation of solutions in coordination with technology teams
- Monitor process performance after implementation
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication both verbal and written
Technical skills :
Prior working knowledge of the following :
- Modelling tools such as Aris or iServer
- BPMN 2.0
- eTOM framework and ITIL practice
- Six Sigma principles
- MS Office (Visio, Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
