Skill Required:

- Should have good operations experience with FM (Fraud Management) and RA (Revenue Assurance) background. Else should have background in BSS/OSS solutions especially related to retain billing, mediation etc..

- Should have some degree of exposure to customer management (external customers) or should have experience working for large telcos’ in a managerial capacity.

- Should have experience in managing large teams (10-20 resources) and should have been responsible for hiring, training, appraisal, day to day operations monitoring etc…
